Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Your order will be sent via Pass the Parcel for orders within New Zealand. For orders outside of New Zealand your order will be sent with NZ couriers.

As the Nightjar jewellery is handmade, please allow up to 10 days for your items to be crafted and sent to you.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that your item/s are received damaged then please get in touch for a refund or store credit on return of the faulty item.

Refunds will not be offered if you change your mind or if the item/s are damaged after you have received them. 

Custom made items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund as they have been made especially to your exact requirements as specified by you. If you provide us with a ring size that is incorrect, The Nightjar is not responsible for re sizing or replacing the ring.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
